Description

Venison Veggie Couscous is a delicious medley of diced venison sticks, couscous, squash, zucchini, carrots, red pepper, and red onion.

Ingredients:

    Olive oil
    3 carrots, diced
    1 squash, diced
    1 zucchini, diced
    1 red onion, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 cup couscous
    Venison sticks (any flavor)

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add diced carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Add diced red pepper and onion. Cook until all are tender. Transfer to large bowl.
2. In the small skillet, add diced zucchini and squash. Cook for 2-3 minutes then transfer to bowl.
3. Make couscous accordingly to package instructions. Once done, add to veggies in bowl. Toss to combine.
4. For meal prep, store as is. When ready to serve, heat skillet, add 1 tbsp. olive, and diced venison sticks. Heat for 1-2 minutes to brown the slices. Add your desired amount of couscous and cook until heated through,.
