Description

This delicious Valentine's Day Breakfast spread is a combination of light and fluffy pancakes with all your favorite toppings including vegan whipped cream, maple syrup, and fresh fruit with sausages, bacon, and yogurt parfait on the side.

Ingredients:

    Heart Pancakes
    1 cup Pearl Milling Company pancake mix
    3/4 cup almond milk
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Add-Ons
    Cooked bacon and/or sausage
    Mini donuts, toast, English muffins, muffins, etc.
    Yogurt with granola
    Strawberries, raspberries, oranges, blueberries, etc.
    Vegan whipped cream
    Maple syrup

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix until well combined. Heat a large skillet with buttery spread. Spray your heart shaped mold with cooking spray. Lay molds on skillet. Fill each about 1/2 way full. Cook until lightly browned, flip, and cook until other side is lightly brown.
2. Serve the pancakes with your favorite breakfast sides and toppings!
