This turkey gravy is rich, creamy, and lightly seasoned with thyme and sage. Perfect for the holidays.
- 3 tbsp. vegan buttery spread
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup turkey drippings
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. freshly minced thyme
1 tsp. freshly minced sage
Salt & pepper
1. Melt vegan butter. Mix with flour until well combined.
2. Add turkey drippings and mix until combined.
3. Add spices. Stir in chicken broth slowly. Mixing throughout.
4. Cook for 10 minutes until thickened.
