Description

This simple yet mouthwatering Teriyaki Flank Steak recipe was one of Grandma's classics. Teriyaki flank steak begins by marinating and ends by being grilled to perfection. Serve with your favorite grain and vegetable.

Ingredients:

    1 1/2 lb. flank steak
    1 bottle teriyaki sauce
    Salt & pepper

Directions

1. In a large shallow pan, repeatedly pierce flank steak with a fork and coat with teriyaki sauce. Let marinate for at least 48 hours. Flip a few times per day.
2. Fire up the grill.
3. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
4. Let rest for 5 minutes then thinly slice the flank steak.
