Steakhouse Mushrooms & Onions

Steakhouse Mushrooms & Onions is the perfect topping for steak - tastes as if you are at a steakhouse!
- 8 oz. mushrooms
1 white/sweet onion
2 tbsp. vegan buttery spread
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
Salt & pepper
1. Wash mushrooms. Slice mushrooms and onions.
2. In a large skillet, add vegan buttery spread and olive oil. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook over medium to medium high heat for 10-15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes or so.
3. Once the mushrooms and onions start to brown, add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Sauté for another 5-10 minutes. Serve on top of steak.
