Spicy Chicken Meatballs are made of chicken meatballs coated in a spicy sauce. A great appetizer for your next holiday party or gathering!

    Meatball Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chicken
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 egg or its equivalent
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    Salt & pepper

    Spicy Sauce Ingredients
    1/4 cup hot sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cooking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. Mince garlic. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
3. Combine ground chicken, sautéed minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasoning in bowl. Mix until combined. Form into 25 meatballs (less than 1 inch).
4, Place meatballs on cooking sheet. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 12 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, to make the sauce, combine hot sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it boils then reduce heat to simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Drizzle sauce over meatballs in serving container. Mix until all the meatballs are evenly coated. Top with extra red pepper flakes as desired.
