    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 egg or its equivalent
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    Salt & pepper

    Spicy Sauce Ingredients
    1/4 cup hot sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cooking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. Mince garlic. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

4, Place meatballs on cooking sheet. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 12 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, to make the sauce, combine hot sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it boils then reduce heat to simmer for another 10 minutes.
