Description
Our favorite homemade pizza dough! It makes enough for super thick crust pizza, but we prefer to spilt it into two for two pizza crusts.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, add yeast, warm water, and sugar. Mix and let rest for 10 minutes.
2. Add the flour, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix, cover with towel, and let rest for 10 minutes.
3. Next steps depend on your recipe. Great homemade pizza crust for whatever type of pizza you choose to make.
