There are many reasons people may want to or have to substitute dairy in their diet, each of us have our own reasons, but knowing that it can be done is encouraging in itself. There are so many products available now, it is just a matter of learning to use them while baking, cooking and incorporating them into your everyday living.

This is not a diet. This is a new way of eating, of taking care of yourself. The recipes have all been personally created, inspired by events or someone, tweeked from family favorites, adapted from restaurants and/or dreamed up by cravings.
