Description

This marinated venison steak is one of our favorite venison recipes! Grill or make in your cast iron.

Ingredients:

    Venison chops, sliced 1inch thick
    1/2 cups soy sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    3 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

1. Combine marinade ingredients. Mix until combined.
2. Pour marinade over steak and let marinade for 2-4 hours.
3. Grill directly over medium to high heat. Cook for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes. For the cast iron, heat skillet over medium to high heat, add olive oil, add venison, cook for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes.
