Mac N Cheese
Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Peanut-Free, Soy-Free, Shellfish-Free, Fish-Free
Mac N Cheese is a comfort food go-to that pairs perfectly with steak, BBQ chicken, or just about anything!
- 3 cups ready-cut spaghetti
4 tbsp. vegan buttery spread
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups almond milk
12 oz. vegan Cheddar Shreds
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1. Follow package instructions and cook pasta to al dente.
2. In a large 6-8 quart pan, melt 4 tbsp. vegan buttery spread with 2 tbsp. flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes until it starts to brown. Add almond milk and vegan cheddar cheese. Cook for 2 minutes until cheese starts to melt.
3. Add cooked pasta. Stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Stir until well combined and all the cheese is melted.
