Description

A classic Hawaiian Pizza consisting of homemade crust and BBQ sauce, topped with vegan mozzarella, Canadian bacon, ham, and pineapple!

Ingredients:

    Pizza Dough
    ½ cup pizza, marinara, or BBQ sauce
    1 bag vegan Mozarella Shreds
    1 cup Canadian Bacon slices, diced
    1 cup ham, diced
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 cup pineapple chunks, diced
    2-4 oz. vegan Parmesan cheese
    Canned or Fresh Jalapenos
    Salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Prepare pizza dough.
3. Top pizza dough with sauce, vegan Mozzarella cheese, ham, Canadian bacon, bacon, and pineapple.
4. Top with diced jalapenos, salt, pepper, and/or red pepper flakes.
5. Cook for 20-25 minutes until crust starts to brown. Remove from oven, top with vegan Parmesan cheese, and cook for another 5 minutes.

    • Substitute flour based crust for whole-wheat flour, rice flour, or even cauliflower based crust.
    • Gluten free option: Substitute flour based crust with rice or cauliflower based crust.
