Description

Leftover ham? Make Hawaiian Breakfast Pizza. Hawaiian Breakfast Pizza consists of biscuit crust, ham, pineapple, bacon, vegan cheddar shreds, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and green onion.

Ingredients:

    1 Tube Biscuits
    1 cup diced ham
    1 cup hash brown potatoes
    3 eggs, scrambled
    1/2 can sliced pineapple (diced into small pieces)
    1 cup vegan cheddar shreds
    8 slices bacon, crumbled
    4 green onion

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook stirring constantly until scrambled. Removed from heat.
3. Add olive oil to pan. Fry the hash browns until crispy.
4. Roll out the biscuits into small circles.
5. Build your breakfast pizza - layer the ham, hash browns, eggs, cheddar shreds, pineapple, bacon, & green onion.
6. Cook for 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
