Description

Here is another variation for a quesadilla. Ham and Apple Quesadillas consist of ham, dijon mustard, apple butter, cheddar cheese, red onion, and apples melted to perfection.

Ingredients:

    Vegan buttery spread
    1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 cup vegan shredded cheese
    1/2 lb. ham
    1 red onion, diced
    1 ½ tbsp. Apple Butter
    1 small apple, diced
    Salt & pepper
    2 tortillas

Directions

1. Spread buttery spread on the outside of the tortillas. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of one tortilla and spread apple butter on the other tortilla inside.
2. Place tortilla buttery side down on quesadilla maker. Layer ham, vegan cheddar cheese, and apples. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Top with other tortilla.
4. Cook in quesadilla maker until outside is golden brown.
