Description

Galloway Chicken Salad is made of celery, red onion, carrots, shredded chicken, red grapes, and cashews.

Ingredients:

    Celery, diced
    Red onion, thinly sliced
    Matchstix carrots
    Chicken, cooked and shredded
    Red grapes, cut in half
    Halved or whole cashews
    Spinach
    Sweet onion dressing

Directions

1. Prepare the ingredients. In a large bowl, combine diced celery, red onion, carrots, shredded chicken, and red grapes. For meal prep, store as is.
2. When ready to serve, add spinach, chicken mixture, and cashews. Toss until combined. Drizzle with dressing and serve!
