This crispy Fried Cabbage has a medley of cabbage and red onion seasoned with sugar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. A unique combination of sweet, salty, and spice.
- 2 tbsp. vegan buttery spread
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
6 cups cabbage, shredded
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt buttery spread.
2. Add sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes, and pepper. Add shredded cabbage and red onion.
3. Cook for 7-8 minute or until it starts to get crispy.
