Homemade egg rolls are crispy and delicious with ground pork, coleslaw, carrots, celery, and green onions.

    Pork Marinade
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ginger, minced
    1/4 tsp. Chinese Five Spice
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 lb. ground pork

    Egg Rolls
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup carrots, shredded
    3 cups coleslaw
    3 tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tbsp. siracha
    1 cup green onion
    1 package egg roll wrappers

    Sesame Sauce
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 garlic cloves minced
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1. In a small sauce pan, heat olive oil. Add garlic and chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for another 5 minutes.
2. Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over pork and let marinade for 10 minutes. Cook pork and crumble. Remove from heat and set aside.

4. In a bowl, combine pork, vegetables, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, siracha, and green onion.
5. Spoon the mixture onto the egg roll wrapper. Fold in the edges and roll up the egg roll.
6. Pour olive oil in pan to coat the bottom. Add egg rolls. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
