Description

Crostini with Bruschetta is the perfect appetizer for any Italian meal or the holidays! The crispy crostini is the perfect paring with the light and refreshing bruschetta.

Ingredients:

    Crostini Ingredients
    1 baguette
    3 tbsp. olive oil

    Bruschetta Ingredients
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, diced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tbsp. fresh basil, sliced
    1 tsp. freshly ground sea salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Lay the bread slices on baking sheet and use a basting brush to spread olive oil on top. Bake for 7-10 minutes, flip, spread olive oil on other size, and bake for another 5 minutes until crispy and brown.
3. Meanwhile, prepare bruschetta ingredients and combine in bowl. Mix until combined. Let them marinate while the bread cooks.
4. Serve bruschetta on the side of the crostini or top crostini with bruschetta.
