Country Salisbury Steak is made of beef patties coated in a stuffing based breading and lathered in a beef gravy.

    Beef Patty Ingredients
    1.5 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 white onion, diced
    6 oz. stuffing
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cup water
    Olive Oil

    Gravy Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 white onion, diced
    2 tbsp. buttery spread
    2 tbsp. flour
    1 cup beef broth
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix together ground beef, white onion, Worcestershire sauce, stuffing and water until combined. Shape into 6-8 inch patties.
2. Heat a skillet with olive oil. Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Using the same skillet, add mushrooms and the other 1/2 of onion. Cook for 5-8 minutes until onion is translucent. Add buttery spread and flour. Toss until evenly cooked and cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly add in the beef broth and mix until combined. Add Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add beef patties back into pan. Cook for 3 minutes or until heated through,.
