Make Taco Bell at home with this copycat recipe. These Copycat Taco Bell Tacos are hard shell tacos filled with spicy taco meat, lettuce, white onion, tomatoes, and vegan shredded cheddar cheese.

    Taco Meat Ingredients
    2 tbsp. masa harina
    5 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried minced onion
    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 beef bouillon cube

    Taco Ingredients
    Hard taco shells
    1 cup Daiya cheddar shreds
    1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
    2 Roma tomatoes, diced
    1 white onion, diced
    Tofutti Sour Cream

1. In a small dish, combine all the taco meat seasoning ingredients (except for the ground beef and bouillon cube).
2. In a large pan, cook and crumble the beef. Once cooked, remove from heat, dump the meat into a strainer, rinse with hot water, and return drained beef to pan. Add 1 cup water, 1 beef bouillon cube, and seasoning. Stir to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until most of the water has dissolved.
3. To make the tacos, assemble each hard shell with seasoned ground beef, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and sour cream
