Description

Coleslaw pairs well with fish dinners, sandwiches, subs, BBQ pulled pork, and other BBQ recipes!

Ingredients:

    1/2 head of cabbage
    1/2 head of red cabbage
    3 large carrots
    1 red onion
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. dijon mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

1. Shred cabbage, carrots, and onion with your preferred tool. A julienne shredder was used in this recipe. Place shredded cabbage, carrots, and red onion in a large bowl.
2. In a mason jar, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Cover mason jar and shake to mix.
3. For meal prep, store the shredded coleslaw separate from dressing. When it is time to serve, drizzle about half of the dressing over mixture. Slowly add more until you achieve you're desired consistency.
