Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Chocolate Covered Pretzels are an easy treat to make for Valentine's Day or a holiday party. All you need is vegan chocolate and pretzels. Spruce up these chocolate-covered pretzels with your favorite holiday sprinkles or crushed candies (i.e. skittles or red hots).
- 4-6 oz. Enjoy Life semi-sweet mini chips (or your preferred cholocate )
1. Fill a saucepan with about 2-3 inches of water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Place chocolate chips in a glass bowl and place the bowl on top of the saucepan. Reduce heat to low or turn it off. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
2. Once the chocolate is melted, dip pretzels into chocolate until covered and then set on parchment paper. Coat in your desired toppings. Repeat with remaining pretzels.
3. Let the pretzels dry for 15-30 minutes until chocolate sets.
