Description

Inspired by Chipotle Mexican Grill, these copycat Chipotle Pinto Beans are a deliciously perfect addition to Chipotle night. Filling and flavorful with the additional spices,

Ingredients:

    2 cans pinto beans, partially drained
    1 4 oz. can mild green chilies
    1 adobe pepper
    1 tsp. adobe sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in medium sauce pan over medium-high heat.
2. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Stir until combined.
3. Bring to boil and then reduce to medium low heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
4. Remove adobe pepper.
