Chicken Wonton Cups have a crispy wonton shell with a tasty chicken base and tangy coleslaw on top.

    2 chicken breasts, shredded
    2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp ginger, minced
    1 bag coleslaw
    4 green onions, diced
    1/4 cup cilantro
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tbsp. honey
    16 wonton wrappers
    Sweet chili sauce
    Sesame seeds

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Place wonton wrappers in cups.
2. Combine hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Mix until combined. Pour over chicken breasts.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil and chicken. Cook until cooked through. Remove from heat, let cool, and shred the chicken.
4. In another bowl, combine coleslaw, green onions, and cilantro.
5. In a measuring cup or bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk until combined.
6. Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture.
7. Fill each wonton cup with the shredded chicken. Cook for 6-7 minutes until chicken is warmed and wontons start to brown.
8. Top with coleslaw mix and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
