Description

Chicken potsticker soup is a tasty Asian soup made of homemade (or frozen) pot stickers, celery, carrots, green onion, and Napa cabbage.

Ingredients:

    Chicken Potstickers
    1/2 lb. Napa cabbage
    3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
    3 carrots, grated
    3 green onions, sliced
    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. rice vinegar
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    8 cups chicken broth
    Potstickers (egg-free)

Directions

1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients except for the potstickers. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
2. Prepare the pot stickers according to package instructions or recipe. Once soup is warm, add in pot stickers and serve immediately.
