Cheeseburger Rotini

If you like cheeseburgers, you'll definitely love our cheeseburger pasta! Cheeseburger Pasta consists of rotini, ground beef, onion, vegan cheddar cheese, and the classic burger toppings.


    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 white onion, diced
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp. ketchup
    4 cups beef broth
    16 oz Rotini pasta
    1 bag vegan cheddar shreds
    1/4 cup almond milk
    Dill Pickles


1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion. After 5-7 minutes, season beef and onions with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Continue to cook until the beef is cooked through.
2. Add beef broth and Rotini pasta to skillet. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3. Once most of the liquid is absorbed, add the vegan cheddar shreds and almond milk. Stir until combined. Cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
4. Serve with your favorite hamburger toppings - of course we add our favorite dill pickles!
