Description

A charcuterie board is a great appetizer for any party. You can mix it up and customize it based on the season. Regardless, you will want to have a few essentials including meats, vegan cheese, fruit & nuts, vegetables, something sweet, dips, and pickled vegetables. The possibilities are endless!

Ingredients:

    • Dips - Hummus, garlic onion dip, ranch dip, & bacon jalapeno dip
    • Jam - Blueberry, raspberry, mixed berry, or strawberry
    • Canning - Dilly beans, dill pickles, hot peppers, or apple butter
    • Meats - Prosciutto, salami, ham, & summer sausage
    • Venison - Summer Sausage & Stix
    • Vegan Cheese - Cheddar, Mozzarella, Swiss, Pepper Jack, Gouda, etc.
    • Fruit - Grapes, blueberries, raspberries, oranges, or strawberries
    • Vegetables - Broccoli, carrots, celery, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, & sugar snap peas
    • Garnishes - Rosemary & thyme
    • Nuts - Almonds, cashews, & pecans
    • Honey sesame stix

    • Crackers - Ritz, Toasted, Pita,
    • Bagel Bites or rye chips
    • Crostini with bruschetta
    • Dried apples, cranberries, bananas, & pineapple

Directions

1. Place the dip in bowls or the masons, fill with jam/pickled vegetables.
2. Arrange meats and vegan cheese around the bowls and masons.
3. Fill in with crackers, sesame sticks, rye chips, bagel chips, etc.
4. Garnish with fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc.
