- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp. vegan buttery spread, melted
1-2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning

1. Combine shrimp, vegan buttery spread, and cajun seasoning in bowl. Toss to coat. Let marinade for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Heat skillet to medium to high heat and melt vegan buttery spread. Add the shrimp. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan - it's better to do in batches so that you get that nice caramelized finish.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
