Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast Pizza is a yummy twist on pizza with vegan cheddar shreds, sausage, hash brown potatoes, green onions, and bacon.


    1 pizza crust
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
    1 tbsp. buttery spread
    1 tbsp. flour
    1 cup almond milk
    1 cup hash browns
    1 cup vegan cheddar shreds, divided
    1./2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds
    4 strips bacon
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 eggs or equivalent


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In the small pan, add the buttery spread and flour. Stir until combined and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Slowly add in the almond milk, stir occasionally, and cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens. Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
4. Whisk the eggs. Use a separate pan to scramble the eggs.
5. Roll out the pizza dough and stretch to 12-inch round circular pan or into a rectangular shape for a cookie sheet.
6. Spread the sauce over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the sausage onto the pizza followed by the hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup vegan cheddar shreds, 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds, bacon, and green onion.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown and vegan cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve!
