Description

Beef Wontons are made of ground beef, Napa cabbage, green onion, garlic, and ginger.

Ingredients:

    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
    1 cup Napa cabbage, sliced
    2 green onions, diced
    1 tsp. garlic, mined
    1 tsp. ginger, grated
    Wonton wrappers

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, Napa cabbage, green onion, garlic, and ginger. Mix until combined.
2. Place a spoonful of the filling on the wonton wrapper. Fold over into a triangle. Moisten the edges with water and press to seal. Repeat until all filling has been used.
3. Heat olive oil in skillet. Place wontons in skillet, cook for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
