Bake ‘N Bacon

Bake 'N Bacon is a great way to make that delicious crispy bacon and avoid standing over the stove top the entire time!
- 1 lb. bacon
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil.
2. Lay bacon across cookie sheet horizontally. You should be able to lay about 8 strips across the sheet.
3. For thin-cut bacon, cook for 7 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes. For thick-cut bacon, cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8 minutes. If the bacon is not as crispy as you like. cook for another 1 minute, check, and evaluate.
