Description

A wonderful after-school snack or game-day appetizer that will please everyone. Bagel Pizza is a fun twist on traditional pizza with an English muffin and all your favorite pizza toppings! Get creative with the toppings or better yet, let everyone create their own pizza. Great opportunity to add different types of vegetables.

Ingredients:

    6 regular bagels or 12 minis
    4 tbsp. buttery spread
    1 jar pizza sauce
    8 oz. vegan Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 bag Pepperoni

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spilt bagels in half and lay out on a foil covered cookie sheet.
3. Butter the bagels. Layer your toppings in your preferred order - pizza sauce, vegan mozzarella cheese, sausage, and pepperoni.
4. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
