Description

Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Crack Chicken is easy to make, a real crowd pleaser! Highly recommended for pot lucks and parties. Best of all, you can make it ahead of time and it warm up when it comes time to serve.

Ingredients:

    3-4 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
    1 cup vegan cheddar shreds
    1/2 cup green onions

Directions

1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Place cream cheese on top.
2. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
3. Remove the chicken, let it cool slightly, then shred the chicken.
4. Whisk the cream cheese and liquid in crock pot until combined. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve on rolls with green onions. Or serve over rice with vegetables,
