There are so many products available now, it is just a matter of learning to use them while baking, cooking and incorporating them into your everyday living.

This is not a diet. This is a new way of eating, of taking care of yourself. The recipes have all been personally created, inspired by events or someone, tweeked from family favorites, adapted from restaurants and/or dreamed up by cravings.
